Chapter XI COMPLIANCE AND INSPECTION
Statutory text
- (1) A Private University may establish off-campus centres within the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir with the prior approval of the University Grants Commission and the Government after a period of five years from its establishment.
- (2) No off-campus centre shall he established beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
- (3) No off-campus centre shall be established without adequate infrastructure and faculty.
