Chapter V OFFICERS OF PRIVATE UNIVERSITY

Statutory text

Controller of Examinations.—(1) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendations of a Selection Committee constituted for the purpose.

  1. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the Private University appointed for such period as may be prescribed.
  2. (3) The Controller of Examinations shall be responsible for the conduct of examinations and maintenance of standards.
  3. (4) The qualifications, emoluments, and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
