Chapter V OFFICERS OF PRIVATE UNIVERSITY

a Selection Committee.
- (2) The Finance Officer shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Finance Committee and shall be responsible for the management of finance and accounts of the university.
- (3) The qualifications, emoluments and conditions of service
shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
