Pro-Vice Chancellor Pro-Vice Chancellor.—(1) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Executive Council in such manner as may be prescribed.
- (2) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
