Officers of the Private University

Officers of the Private University.—The following shall be the officers of every Private University—

1. (a) the Chancellor ;
2. (b) the Vice-Chancellor ;
3. (c) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;
4. (d) the Registrar;
5. (e) the Controller of Examinations;
6. (f) the Finance Officer;
7. (g) the Dean of Schools or Faculties and Directors ; and
8. (h) such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the Private University.
