Authorities of the University

Authorities of the University.—The following shall be the authorities of every Private University—

1. (a) the Governing Council;
2. (b) the Executive Council;
3. (c) the Academic Council;
4. (d) the Finance Committee;
5. (e) the Planning Board;
6. (f) the Board of Examinations ;
7. (g) the Grievance Redressal Committee;
8. (h) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be authorities of the Private University.
