Establishment of Jammu and Kashmir Private Universities Regulatory Authority

Establishment of Jammu and Kashmir Private Universities Regulatory Authority.—(1) The Government shall, by notification, establish an authority to be called the Jammu and Kashmir Private Universities Regulatory Authority for the purpose of regulating Private Universities.

1. (2) The Regulatory Authority shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal.
2. (3) The Head Office of the Regulatory Authority shall be at such place in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir as the Government may determine.
