Power to dispose of perishable property.—

1. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the other provisions of this Act, any wild animal, trophy, uncured trophy or meat seized under this Act, which is subject to speedy and natural decay, may be disposed of in such manner as may be prescribed.
2. (2) Every person who disposes of any property under sub-section
3. (1) shall submit a report of such disposal to the officer authorised in this behalf by the State Government, and shall also submit a report regarding the seizure of the property to the Magistrate having jurisdiction to try the offence on account of which the seizure has been made.
