Trophy etc. to be property of Government. -

1. (1) Every wild animal which is hunted under the provisions of section 16 or sub-section
2. (1) of section 17, and the trophy, meat or any other product of such wild animal shall be the property of the Government.
3. (2) Every person who hunts a wild animal under the said provisions shall, within such time as may be prescribed, report the hunt to the nearest game officer and shall, if so required, place the trophy, meat or any other product of such wild animal at the disposal of such officer.
