Appeals

Appeals.—(1) Any person aggrieved by an order under section 13 may, within fifteen days from the date on which the order is communicated to him, appeal in such manner as may be prescribed, to such authority as the State Government may specify in this behalf.

1. (2) In deciding an appeal the appellate authority shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
2. (3) The order of the appellate authority shall be final.
