Restriction on dealings in trophy etc.

1. (1) No person shall sell, offer for sale, or exhibit for sale or trade any trophy, uncut trophy or uncured trophy except under and in accordance with a licence granted by the Game Officer in this behalf.
2. (2) Every person to whom a licence has been granted under sub-section
3. (1) shall keep a record of all transactions in such form as may be prescribed and shall produce it for inspection on demand by the Game Officer or any other officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf.
