Power to make rules.

In addition to any rules for which provision is made in this Chapter, rules may be made under this Act prescribing- (a) the conditions on which grants or loans of money may be made under section 76; (b) the manner in which Government may enforce the proper construction and maintenance of grant-in-aid irrigation works; (c) the circumstances in which applications under section 78 or 80 may be granted; and (d) the procedure in any enquiry or proceeding under this Chapter; (e) the circumstances in which and the conditions subject to which applications under section 89-B may be made.
