Power to make rules

In addition to any rules for which provision is made in this Chapter, rules may be made under this Act-(a) prescribing the periods and the crops for which irrigation agreements may be made; (c) prescribing the forms of irrigation agreements, and providing for the inclusion therein of incidents and conditions in addition to but consistent with those contained in this Act; and (d) regulating the procedure of canal officers in carrying out their duties under this Chapter.
