Enquiry by Authorised Officer

The Authorised Officer shall, at the place stated in the notice under section 58-E, make such enquiry into the objections preferred under section 58-D as may appear necessary and after giving an opportunity of being heard to the permanent holder preferring an objection, pass such orders thereon as he may think fit.
