Academic Council

The constitution of the Academic Council shall consist of the following members, namely: (a) The Vice Chancellor; (b) Three persons nominated by the Chancellor from amongst educationists or men of letters or members of learned professions, who are not in the service of the University; (c) The Secretary to the Government, Law and Legal Affairs Department, Government of Chhattisgarh; (d) ; (e) ; (f) ; (g) Two members of the teaching staff to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor from amongst Associate and Assistant Professors of the University in order of seniority; (h) ; (i) Five persons to be nominated by the Chancellor from amongst eminent jurists or lawyers. Provided that each of the Associate Professors or Assistant Professors so nominated as members of Executive Council by the Vice Chancellor, shall be nominated as members of the Academic Council.
