(1) This Act may be called the Hidayatullah National University of Law, Chhattisgarh Act, 2003. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh. The Chancellor of the University shall be the Chairman of the General Council. The General Council shall be the supreme authority of the University.
