Overriding effect of the Act

The fee structure for different courses in non-government colleges or institutions shall be regulated by the State Government or an authority designated by it. The account of fees retained by the institution after depositing 50 percent of the amount of fees with treasury or sub treasury shall be maintained separately. The principal shall be responsible for maintaining this accounts.
