Protection of Student Rights

Every college shall ensure the rights of the students to quality education and shall have a designated cell for the resolution of student grievances. No application for initiating further new courses, faculties and classes will be considered until the end of the third year from the date of incorporation of the newly established institutions: However, the Competent Authority may accord permission for opening additional sections or courses subject to the availability of various physical facilities like accommodation etc, required for the proposed additional sections or courses, after three years from the date of incorporation.
