[Omitted] (1) The application prescribed for admission of students and the advertisement calling for the application shall contain the particulars of order under which the institution has been established. (2) The admission of students into various courses shall be as per the rules of admission prescribed by the University concerned, from time to time. (3) In no case the intake of student shall exceed the prescribed limits of strength. The principal of the institution shall be personally liable for violation of the rules of admissions.
