Bar of Jurisdiction

No civil court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding in respect of any matter which the Government or any officer is empowered by this Act to determine. Under no circumstances women's institution shall not be allowed to be converted into co-educational or boys' institution and vice versa without the permission of State Government.
