Exemption

The Government may, by order, exempt any class of institutions from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act. No income through commercial use of the land or building shall be allowed, where the government has provided the aid in whatever shape, to acquire the land or construction of building or both thereon without the permission of the State Government.
