Power to give directions

(1) Grant-in-aid shall be provided to recognized educational institutions under private management subject to the conditions hereinafter specified and with due consideration of the requirements of each locality. (2) The grants can be sanctioned for (i) maintaining the salary and allowances in aided institution, (ii) building, instruments or land, or other allied purposes to such extent and within such limits and with such conditions as may deem fit to the Government. (3) Government decision on Grant-in-aid shall be final and shall not be challengeable in any court of law.
