Appeals

(1) Any person or institution aggrieved by an order under this Act may prefer an appeal to the designated appellate authority. (2) The decision of the appellate authority shall be final. (1) The Government shall constitute a permanent standing committee comprising of seven members of which the Commissioner of Higher Education shall be the chairman, Additional Director of Higher Education member-secretary, one member of the management, the principal of college, one principal of the government colleges, one principal of non-government colleges, and one educationist to be nominated by the Government for fixing and regulating the fee structure. (2) The standing committee while deciding the fee structure shall take into account the incentives given by the Government to the institution.
