Madam/Sir,

This is with reference to the notice bearing number dated (Date of issuance of Notice) whereby you were asked to submit the memorandum for registering the marriage/getting a registered marriage acknowledged/registering the decree of divorce or nullity of marriage along with your explanation regarding non-submission of the memorandum on time.

After examining your explanation, it is found that, you willfully did not submit the memorandum/there were circumstances leading to the non-submission and the omission on your part was not wilful.

Since the alleged omission is found to be wilful, a penalty of Rs. (Rupees

Only) is levied on each of you and you are directed to pay the same after entering this order number on the official Web-portal/Mobile App of The Uniform Civil Code, Uttarakhand, 2024 within 45 days of the issuance of this order/the alleged omission is found to be not wilful, so, there is no occasion to levy any penalty.
