Information of Inaction of Sub-Registrar/Registrar to the Registrant(s) [Under Rules 11(1)(a) and 11(1)(b) of The Uniform Civil Code Rules, Uttarakhand, 2025]

This is to inform you that your memorandum number submitted on (Date of Submission of the Memorandum) for registration of marriage/acknowledgement of registered marriage/registration of divorce or nullity of marriage has been forwarded to the Registrar concerned/Registrar General for summary inquiry as the Sub-Registrar/Registrar could not act on it within the prescribed period of fifteen days.
In accordance with Section 13 (4) of The Uniform Civil Code, Uttarakhand, 2024 read with Rules 11(1)(a) and (b) of The Uniform Civil Code Rules, Uttarakhand, 2025, you are entitled to file a complaint against the Sub-Registrar/Registrar to the Registrar concerned/Registrar General through the official Web-portal /Mobile App of The Uniform Civil Code, Uttarakhand, 2024.
