Power of Panchayat Samitis to make regulations

[Content as provided in the Act text] (1) A Panchayat Samiti may subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and with the previous sanction of the Government, by notification published in the Official Gazette, make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act in so far as these relate to its powers and duties.
