Disciplinary power of the State Government

[Content as provided in the Act text] The State Government shall have disciplinary control over the Chief Executive Officer, the Additional Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and officers and employees whose services are placed at the disposal of the Zilla Parishad under section 158.
