Electoral rolls

[Content as provided in the Act text] For each constituency, there shall be an Electoral Rolls showing the names of the persons qualified to vote. The Electoral Rolls shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Act under the superintendence, direction and control of the State Election Commissioner.
