Power of Zilla Parishad to transfer roads to the State Government or Panchayat Samiti

[Content as provided in the Act text] A Zilla Parishad may transfer to the State Government, the Commissioners of a Municipality, a Panchayat Samiti or a Gram Panchayat any road or part of a road or any other property which is under its control or management or which is vested in it, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon.
