Prosecution in certain offences

[Content as provided in the Act text] No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under clause(a) of sub-section (2) of Section 205 or under Section 206, 207 or 208 unless there is a complaint made by an order of, or under the authority from, the State Panchayat Election Commissioner.
