[Content as provided in the Act text] Notwithstanding anything in this Act, no court shall have any jurisdiction in respect of any matters connected with the disqualification of members of Gram Panchayat under Section 16, member of Panchayat Samiti under section 76 and member of Zilla Parishad under section 128.
