Tendering payment

On making an award under section 40-L, the Forest Officer shall tender payment of the kudivila awarded by him to the persons entitled thereto according to the award, and shall pay it to them, unless they refuse to receive it, or there is any dispute as to the title to receive the kudivila or an to appointment thereof.
