Power of Central Government to movements of timber across frontiers

Notwithstanding anything in section 35, the Central Government may make rules to prescribe the route by which alone timber may be imported and exported across any customs frontier as defined by the Central Government and any rule made under section 35 shall have effect subject to the rules made under this section.
