Power to cancel or suspend licence

The District Forest Officer may cancel or suspend any licence granted under this Chapter if it appears to him, after giving the holder there of an opportunity of being heard, that the licensee has contravened, or failed to comply with, any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made there under or any of the terms or conditions of the licence.
