Rules for prevention, treatment and control of disease

The Government shall have power to make such rules as they deem fit for the treatment of persons affected with any epidemic or communicable disease and for preventing the spread of such diseases and the said rules may also specify the authority or authorities who shall enforce and execute such rules.
