Government’s control

The Government may, by rules, prescribe the qualifications of the types of staff, their number, the minimum equipments required in the institution, the scale of accommodation, arrangements for water supply, sanitation and other facilities necessary in the institution and also exercise by itself or through any other authority subordinate to such control over them, as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.
