Power of Government

The Government may, also by rules prescribed in this behalf, entrust the local authorities to make other arrangement for sanitation ,water supply, compulsory immunisation, inoculation etc., so as to empower the local authority to deal with situations that may arise during the periods of fairs or festivals.
