Certification of death

The care-taker in charge of or the owner of a burning or burial ground or a crematorium or a burial tower, shall not permit a dead body to be burnt or buried or otherwise disposed therein except on the production of a certificate of death issued by a registered medical practitioner or such a person in such manner as may be specified by the bye-laws or rules.
