Insecticidal spraying

(1) The Government/or the local authority shall provide facilities of insecticidal spraying of houses or shops and such places as may be considered necessary and on payment of such charges prescribed from time to time. (2) The Government or the local authority shall take measures, engineering or otherwise or the prevention, control and removal of any cause or causes of breeding of insects.
