Wet land classification

land classed at the current settlement as bahra, or jhillan, or chahl, or Jor, abi or adan and khasra numbers classed In whole as bandhwas, narbandhwas, tagarbandhla, or talas shall be deemed to be wet for the purpose of section 9 of the Act.
