The Executive Engineer shall compile the consolidated Tauzi and send it to the Superintending Engineer by the 10th of the following month.

All irrecoverable amount, on account of death or absconding of a defaulter, or for any other reason, may on the recommendation of the Canal Deputy Collector, be remitted by the Superintending Engineer UP to Rs. 250 in each individual case.
