Appearances

Save as otherwise provided in the Act and the rules made there under all appearances before, application to, and acts to be done before any canal officer under the Act, or the rules made there under, may be made or done by the parties themselves, or by their recognized agents, or in a case before the Commissioner by any legal practitioner acting on their behalf.
