Completion of enquiry

The canal officer or subordinate shall, as speedily as possible, and if he is a Sub Engineer Irrigation Inspector within 15 days of the date of the report, and if he is a canal officer within one month of the date of the report, shall complete the enquiry and submit the proceedings to the next higher officer.
