Rejection of warabandi application

The application for warabandi programme shall ordinarily be rejected if the area under complaint is :-(a) Very small;(b) Irrigated from well;(c) On foreside of a drain, drainage or low ground or situated outside the area commanded by the out-let;(d) On a temporary outlet;(e) In times of drought or intense demand;(f) shortly before a new settlement;(g) Proper maintenance of water course is not done.
