Finalisation meeting

After finalization of thoks and timings, a meeting of the concerned permanent holders of the command will again be arranged, and warabandi so finalised be discussed with them and if need be reasonable modifications may be made, and signatures of those who are present at the meeting, may be obtained on all these documents, and detailed report be submitted to the Executive Engineer for approval.
