Application for warabandi

On an application made by the irrigation panchayat or two-third of the beneficiaries concerned for preparing warabandi programme, the Executive Engineer shall depute the Canal Deputy Collector or Sub-Divisional Officer or Irrigation Inspector to enquire into and submit the report as to whether enforcement of warabandi is necessary.
