Insertion of section 60A in Act VIII of 1978

Insertion of section 6OA in AN YrPI of 1978.-After section 50 of the principal Act, the following !section shall be inserted, namely :- "60A. Penalties for breach of brher provisiomsa-bny person breaking any provision of this Act for the'biePeh of whi& no special penalty is provided; sbdl be bepunis& with the imprisonment for a term which extend td t+va years but shall not be less six mo as8 with fim WGC~ may extend to ten thousand rupees bbt shall not be less than five thousand rupees.".
