Suspension or cancellation of licence

Substitution of section 12, Act WII of 1978.-For section 12 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely :- "12. Suspension or cnncellarion of permit.-The Chief Wildlife Warden may. subject to any general or special order of the Government, for good and sufficient reasons, to be recorded in nriting, suspend or canccl an: permit granted under this Chapter : Provided that no such suspension or cancellation shall be made except after giving tk holder of the permit a reasonable opportunity of being heard.".
