Directors.

19. Directors. (1) The Director of Research, the Director of Extension Education, the Director of Information Technology and the Director of Students' Welfare shall be whole time salaried officers of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) The Directors shall exercise such powers and perform such functions and duties as may be prescribed.
