(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor, in the “Gujarat Government Gazeite", on the 7% July, 2009). AN ACT to establish and incorporate a teaching and affiliating University for the development of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and for furthering the advancement of learning, conducting of research and dissemination of findings of research and other technical information in Veterinary and Animal Sciences including Dairy Science, Fisheries and allied sciences in the State of Gujarat. It is hereby enacted in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
